Job Description:

As a Revenue Operations Consultant, you will support the Admin Within Rev Ops team in delivering technical solutions for Admin Within clients. Think of it as a Hybrid Rev Ops Manager and Rev Ops Analyst role. You support the team managing our day-to-day relationship with our clients. The ideal candidate is someone with a sound understanding of sales and revenue organization metrics and KPIS and is comfortable supporting an entire organization. In this role, you will work with one of our Revenue Operations Architects on approximately 2-3 concurrent projects (of which you may take lead on 1-2 projects!). You are able to work with clients to clarify requirements gathered by the team, lead meetings when needed and execute at a high level without oversight by the architect on the project. 

Responsibilities:

  • Continually work to optimize sales processes and align them with overall client goals

  • Deliver effective Salesforce/Hubspot and sales technology solutions that enable our clients to reach their growth goals

    • Support on building solutions, documentation, and train client team members

  • Support projects as part of a full-service Rev Ops function for Admin Within clients

    • Engage directly with client, to help define systems and strategy for their revenue teams

    • Process & Enablement, including: Sales process alignment and adoption.

    • Analytics & Business Intelligence

      • Performance metrics (LTV, Deal Size, sales cycle)

      • Forecasting & Pipeline management

  • Ensure client success and function as secondary client lead on projects

    • Help deliver projects on time and within scope and maintain project management tools

    • Communicate clearly and consistently

    • Interface directly with clients on an as needed basis

  • Collaborate with Admin Within team members on project delivery, including Salesforce Admins and Developers

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Go-To-Market operations (sales/rev/biz ops), analytics or strategy. B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of data structure and analytical mindset

  • Experience and high degree of comfort with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce’s object and data model, with the ability to speak to the standard use-cases for all standard objects

  • Comfort with building Salesforce reports and dashboards to track user performance, activity, and systems adoption

  • Interest in developing a broader understanding of revenue operations including tools and technology

  • Salesforce Admin Certification needed and Sales Cloud Consultant certification a plus
