Job Description:

A CRM Administrator will support the AW Rev Ops team in delivering technical solutions for AW clients. The role has a sound understanding of how to deploy Salesforce/Hubspot solutions across an entire organization, supporting several different user groups and processes. This role will work with one of AW’s Rev Ops Architects on approximately 2-3 concurrent projects. The Architect will gather requirements from clients and work directly with this role to plan solutions, which the CRM Administrator will execute on building.


  • Create and update Salesforce/Hubspot’s objects and data models, and be able to speak to the standard use-cases for all standard objects

  • Create and update Salesforce/Hubspot roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules

  • Build and manage flows, process builder processes, and workflow rules

  • Build reports and dashboards to track user performance, activity, and systems adoption

  • Run data exports and manage backups

  • Use Salesforce/HubSpot Cloud Products, as well as third-party apps from the AppExchange


  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Strong technical skills

  • Salesforce Admin Certification; Advanced Admin or other certifications are a plus
